Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VELYRON and its products — AUGUR, Studio, and Cowork — at velyron.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1The service

VELYRON provides AI-assisted tools: AUGUR (research and reasoning chat), Studio (an app/website builder), and Cowork (assistants you configure). The service is provided on an ongoing, evolving basis; features may change, be added, or be removed.

2Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under it.
• Provide accurate information. One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise.

3Subscriptions & billing

• Paid access is US$7 per month, following a 7-day free trial where offered.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice before a change affects you. See the Refund Policy.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use VELYRON for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
• Resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product from our outputs.
• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or designed to deceive or defraud.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5Your content & what you build

• You own the content you submit and the outputs you generate (documents, apps, agents), to the extent permitted by law.
• You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.
• You are responsible for what you create and publish, including apps and agents you deploy, and for having the rights to any material you upload.

6AI outputs — no professional advice

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything you rely on. VELYRON does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing it produces is a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make are your own.

7Connected accounts & trading

Some features let you connect your own third-party accounts (for example a brokerage such as Alpaca, or your own database). If you do:

• You connect them at your own risk and remain bound by those providers’ terms.
• VELYRON is not a broker-dealer, exchange, or financial adviser. Any trade, purchase, or transfer is initiated and authorized by you and is your responsibility.
• We are not liable for losses arising from market activity or from third-party services.

8Third-party services

VELYRON runs on and integrates third-party providers (including hosting, database, payments, AI model, and email providers). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or outages.

9Availability & warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your needs.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VELYRON and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) continue to apply.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — e.g. your country/state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
