Refund & Cancellation

Straightforward: try it free, cancel anytime, and reach out if something isn’t right.

1Free trial

Where offered, VELYRON starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. We’ll only ask for a card so billing can continue automatically if you decide to stay.

2Subscription & cancellation

• Paid access is US$7 per month and renews automatically.
• You can cancel anytime from your account (or email us). Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• We don’t lock you into contracts or charge cancellation fees.

3Refunds

Because we offer a free trial before any charge, monthly payments are generally non-refundable for time already elapsed, and cancelling doesn’t retroactively refund the current month.

That said, we want you treated fairly. If you were charged in error, hit a serious problem, or believe you’re owed a refund, email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review it in good faith. We also honor any refund rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
