Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VELYRON collects when you use the service, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

1What we collect

• Account data — your email, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture, plus the sign-in method.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status; we never see or store your full card number.
• Content you provide — messages, prompts, files you upload, and the apps/agents/documents you create.
• Connected credentials — if you connect your own brokerage or database, those keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to run what you asked for.
• Usage data — basic activity needed to run and improve the service (e.g. which product you’re using, timestamps, deployments you make).

2How we use it

• To provide and operate the service and the features you use.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to you, provide support, and send service-related messages.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• To understand usage and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data.

3AI processing

When you use AUGUR, Studio, or Cowork, the content you submit is sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, and may be sent to web/image-search providers when a feature needs current information. Don’t submit information you aren’t allowed to share.

4Who processes data for us (subprocessors)

We rely on trusted providers to run VELYRON:

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Anthropic — the AI model that powers our products.
• Google — “Sign in with Google” authentication.
• Resend — transactional email.
• SerpApi — web/image search used by some features.

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

5Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in (it’s HttpOnly and secure). We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and database-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who and what can reach it.

7Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain some records by law.

8Your rights & choices

• You can access, correct, export, or delete your data — email contact@velyron.ai and we’ll help.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK or California), you may have additional rights; we honor valid requests under applicable law.

9International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10Children

VELYRON is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

11Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
