Custom Systems is VELYRON's bespoke engagement program for institutions whose scope, clearance, or operational posture exceeds standard deployments. Every engagement is scoped, authored, integrated, and operated under a specific authority model — signed off at each phase gate.
Discovery & Authority
Strategic Operations establishes the engagement's authority model — who can approve what, under which clearance, with what reversibility. The theater, data classes, and success invariants are locked before a single line of code is written.
Architecture & Data Fabric
Adapters for sovereign data fabrics, classification overlays, theater-of-interest graphs, and bespoke detectors are designed in this phase. The architecture passes a formal adversarial review before integration begins.
Integration & Hardening
Source systems, command-and-control layers, and downstream action envelopes are wired under the authority charter. Penetration testing, formal-methods review of critical paths, and operator rehearsal rooms run concurrently.
Deployment & Operator Handoff
Deployment runs under constrained automation ceilings. Operators are trained on the console, the decision envelope semantics, and the reversibility procedures. A VELYRON Strategic Operations liaison is embedded for the first operational cycle.
Sustained Operation
Engagements run under a joint operating model with defined escalation paths, a quarterly strategic review, and ongoing calibration against the outcome ledger. Automation ceilings are widened only through explicit authority-charter revisions.
